Bright Minds

People in global tax were feeling disconnected after the pandemic. To create a feeling of togetherness and belonging, and to remind people of the importance of their work, we created an internal engagement campaign.

We used the metaphor of light to visualise the collective brilliance of 59,000 people working as one, while also celebrating the individual through a personalised app.
